To celebrate Byron200, the anniversary of the eccentric poet who once called the halls of Newstead Abbey his home. On the suggestion of friend Claire Rowan, we ventured along the long driveway into the grounds.
The sky was beautiful and the brisk air clinged to the skin with a chilled bite. We walked the grounds and enchanted gardens. On my mind was an objective! The objective is to discover the Devilish stone Satyrs and the themed Japanese Water Gardens. We engaged with history, mythology and videography! This was our adventure!
